- Flash Websites. A world in flash is at your fingertips; anything you imagine can be done. Animation, static sites, fully custom websites, flash banners and ads, flash headers, "electrical" flash work (see below), content management systems, photo gallery websites, portfolio websites, and basically anything you could think of, we can do!
- HTML Websites. If Flash isn't your thing, we can design your website as a static, search engine friendly html website. We can also do combination sites as well (html based sites with, for example, a flash photo gallery or menu).
- SEO. Search Engine Optimization is what helps your website or company get higher in the search results list when someone searches a specific keyword having to do with your product or services. - "Electrical" Flash. There are many web templates out there; many are made in flash. They run from $40-$120 for the entire site! Basically, you hire me as a flash "electrician". I buy the template online and customize it for you. Rates for "electrical" Flash work are $60/hr.
- Real Estate. Web marketing is crucial to advertising both residential and commercial properties for lease or sale. We have extensive experience (over 7 years) in real estate web marketing.
- Photography. We shoot with all Canon equipment - high quality digital SLRs at your service! Photo shoots for bios, products, your office/home/land, or other relevant additions to your website is easily handled in house. Stock photography is purchased by us if necessary and included in the price of your project.
REAL ESTATE LOAN PROPOSALS
- Market Research. Conducting market research included preparing a list of comparable properties, their occupancies, pricing, unit mixes, proximities & locations, target markets, and amenities. University research was also conducted to show enrollment trends, facts & figures, growth anticipation, ranking & affluency, potential renter pools (on-campus and off-campus), classification, and affordability reports. Community research included target market demographics, building permits, and buyer/investor pools.
- Consulting. Consulting services included advising, writing, and providing customized excel templates for Pro Forma writing, Development Budget writing, and Market Research display.
- Print Design. Using InDesign CS2, the loan proposal included photos, presentation design, copy writing, identity and market research content organization, biographies, and financial layouts.

- Interior Design. We want to help create an atmosphere that's perfect for your desires. This includes but isn't limited to help with the following choices, replacement, and/or installation: paint color, tile and stone, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, space planning, wood and carpet flooring, fireplaces, roofing, decking, trim, kitchen and bath remodeling, shelving, closet, garage, and attic organization/storage.
- Light Construction & Remodeling. When redesigning a space, sometimes the best work is done by those who design it. We'll GC the project or do it ourselves!
- Referrals. We've worked with a massive amount of people in all areas of remodeling, so if you have a project that you want to manage yourself, we can help refer the best quality, most reliable, least expensive professionals in your area to get the job done right.
VIDEO & PRODUCTION
- Video Editing. Final Cut Studio Pro HD, Panasonic MiniDV DVX100A, Lighting, shotgun and omidirectional mics make a fully operational small shop production studio. A few other programs like Motion, AfterEffects, and Pro Tools put a cherry on top.
- Real Estate Tours. Need to show a tour online? We'll bring a steady-cam and film on site... then translate it online into a flash based video that matches up with the property floor plan!
- Real Estate Videos. Need to market, lease, or sell your property? We film and edit videos for office buildings, multifamily, industrial spaces, or portfolios.
