Now Designing iPhone Apps!
Wednesday, October 2009 07:27 PM
So, recently, I've been very interested in developing iPhone Apps. It's a little complicated and certainly takes some time, but I'm getting the hang of it. I'm to the point now where I can now offer iPhone App development services. Pricing for this will depend on project scope and will be project based.
I'm developing a few free apps now and will let you guys know when they're finished.
If you know of anyone who's looking for a good deal for iPhone app design and development, please let me know, since I'm just getting started... Thanks!

The Orchard Loan Proposal, Market Research, and Consulting
Thursday, December 2008 05:51 PM
The Orchard of Knoxville, a student housing project in Knoxville, TN, hired us to prepare a real estate development loan proposal to present to private investors, banks, and partners for project funding. The Orchard is 100% leased after securing this loan.
Components of work include:
- Market Research. Conducting market research included preparing a list of comparable properties, their occupancies, pricing, unit mixes, proximities & locations, target markets, and amenities. University research was also conducted to show enrollment trends, facts & figures, growth anticipation, ranking & affluency, potential renter pools (on-campus and off-campus), classification, and affordability reports. Community research included target market demographics, building permits, and buyer/investor pools.
- Consulting. Cunsulting services included advising, writing, and providing customized excel templates for Pro Forma writing, Development Budget writing, and Market Research display.
- Print Design. Using InDesign CS2, the loan proposal included photos, presentation design, copy writing, identity and market research content organization, biographies, and financial layouts.
- Photography. High quality Canon equipment with digital SLRs at your service!

Railroad Street Portfolio

Site to showcase portfolio of Railroad Street.
Functional Components of this Website:
- Full Flash Website. The entire functionality or user interface was created in Flash 8. This enables rich and dynamic animation, minimal load/wait time after the site first appears, and quicker development turnaround without sacrificing quality or CMS ability.
- Google Analytics. Need to track users who visit your site? All sites will come with Google Analytics already set up so you'll know who visits, from where, how long, frequency of visits, etc. with ability to generate highly detailed reports.
- Simple CMS. The CMS, or Content Management System, in this site was developed on a budget to ensure the ability to change photos and content, yet not pay for a full fledged CMS system. Knowledge with computers will be needed for this option.
- User Controlled Animation. Using the mouse and/or keyboard, the user can zoom in, zoom out, and pan the screen to view the design of the website. Menu buttons were created to reset 3D layout.
